When can I expect my items?

We aim to send stock items out next day, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Who will deliver my item?

We send small packages via Royal Mail, Larger items or orders are sent via our couriers, who will require a signature on delivery.

Can I track my order?

Please email us to gain information on the status of your order.  If your item is sent via our courier they will send you tracking updates via email.

We accept many of the most popular credit and debit cards via Paypal      

Do I require a Paypal account to purchase items on the website?

You DO NOT require a paypal account to purchase items on the website.

Can I use gift vouchers to purchase items online?

You can purchase Craftwear Paypal gift vouchers via our website and redeem them online.

Craftwear gift vouchers are available for purchase online but can only be redeemed via mail order or for services.

If I only order Craftwear gift vouchers do I have to pay full postage and packaging?

You will have to pay the £6.99 postage to complete checkout, but if you are only purchasing vouchers we will refund £6.00 of the postage back through Paypal.
