Delivery Charges
 
~ UK delivery is charged at our standard rate of £6.99 per order.

~ Please call or email for a quote for overseas.

~ Items will be sent out a soon as possible, most in stock items are sent out next day, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery. 

~ If any item is out of stock we will advise you and will either refund your money or send the item to you once it comes back into stock.

 

 
Refunds Policy
 
~ All items require a RTN (returns number) to be returned to us.  To attain your RTN please call 01543 270 143 or email returns@craftwear.co.uk, quoting your transaction number and product code.

~ You will be given a unique RTN provided the item(s) were purchased less than 28 days ago, are clean, not damaged (unless returning as faulty), unused, none personalised items.

~ Faulty items will be subject to inspection before a refund will be given, clippers and fencing units will be the responsibility of the manufacturer via the warranty after 60 days.

~ Please print the form , fill in your RTN number and return it to us with your item(s).

~ Refunds will be made into the Paypal account the original payment was made from.  If purchased by cheque the refund will be made via cheque back to the original payee.

~Distance Selling Regulations mean you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item.  You must contact Craftwear by either phone 01543 270 143 or email returns@craftwear.co.uk within 7 working days of you receiving the item(s).  We will refund the cost of the item and original postage*.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us, and are responsible for the care of the items whilst they are in your possession.

*original postage refund does not apply if the item(s) were purchased as part of a larger order.

~ Please ensure the items are packaged sufficiently preferably in original packaging, when returning any item please ensure you gain a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier you are using and consider insuring the item against loss or damage as we do not cover for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

When ordering through our website you can be assured of secure payment method via Paypal.  Here you can pay via your credit or debit card or via your Paypal account.  A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED to purchase through our website.

Price Changes
 
~ Our web site is updated regularly but we reserve the right to change prices or remove goods   from sale which are advertised on our web site.  If this occurs we will contact you for your instructions. 

~ The prices shown on the web site include VAT at the standard rate 17.5% where applicable.

 

 ~ We aim to keep sale item availability as precise as possible but due to the set up of the web site, the sale items and when they're gone they're gone items may go out of stock just before you place your order.  They are sold on a first come first served basis.  I the item has just gone out of stock we will notify you and refund the payment. 

~ Please keep your eye on our special offers as new offers arrive every month

 

 
Health and Safety
 
~ Due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 we regret we cannot accept any returned goods for inspection unless the item is clean and dry.
